In addition to these regular, on-going Bible study groups, our Student Ministry hosts several events throughout the year to provide opportunities for continued spiritual and relational growth including the Youth Evangelism Conference, Summer Camps, Retreats, Events and Activities, Missions and Serving Projects, as well as opportunities to serve our local church body weekly here at CrossWay.
On Wednesday Nights at 6:15pm, August thru May, our Students meet for a time of worship, games, and bible study using the Gospel Project Curriculum. The Gospel Project helps students center their lives on the gospel, replacing the desire to be “good” with the empowering transformation that comes only from Jesus Christ. This Bible study is designed to get as much gospel into students’ lives as possible, helping them connect to a gospel-filled support system and equipping them for gospel conversations in their community.
Our Student Connect Groups meets on Sunday mornings at 9am. This is a time focused on building community as we study God's Word together. Spending time in community with other believers is an important part of every student's spiritual journey. Using the Bible Studies for Life Curriculum our Students get a chance to build community with others their age while still engaging in effective, intentional discipleship. Part of our time is spent in a large group teaching environment before our students split into smaller groups for further discussion.
theMILL Student Ministry is for Students in grades 6 - 12.
